Fingerboard Warranty Information

Weaselrat stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fingerboards. Your purchase is protected by our warranty, which covers specific defects to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Warranty Coverage

We are proud to offer coverage for the following issues within 90 days of your purchase:

Delamination

If the layers of your fingerboard begin to separate, we’ve got you covered.

Warping

Boards that warp or bend can be replaced under our warranty.

Manufacturing Defects

Any issues resulting from manufacturing or material defects are fully covered.

To initiate a warranty claim, please keep your proof of purchase handy.

Warranty Exclusions

While we strive to provide you with the highest quality products, certain conditions
are not covered under our warranty:

Impact Damage

Boards broken due to impacts or improper landings (or stepped on or run over) are not eligible for warranty claims.

Environmental Exposure

Damage from exposure to rain, moisture, or other environmental factors is not covered.

Stress Cracks & Water Damage

These issues arise from user handling and are not part of our warranty.

User Error

Any damage resulting from improper use or setup will not be eligible for replacement.

Normal Wear

Like all products, fingerboards experience wear over time. This is not covered by our warranty.
