Weasel Twin - Invade G10
Weasel Twin - Invade G10
This Weasel Twin has a G10 glass ply in the middle. It's the same stuff they make knife and gun handles out of. It's tough as nails and as close to indestructible as we've come with a fingerboard deck. This time, instead of the bottom, we put that shit in the middle. You get all the familiar cozy feelings of hard wood on your fingers, with so much extra stiffness, you'll need an onion browser to see the photos we took of it.
This is the gnarliest deck we make. They take a lot of extra time and effort, but the feeling of one of these is totally worth it. The ply layup is unconventional with two 45 degree maple plies sandwiched with two lengthwise plies and the G10 layer right in the middle. This is the formula for unrivaled pop and torsional stiffness! Seriously, take a deck you have, and one of these, twist em both, and feel the unrivaled nastiness of the G10.
This fingerboard deck is a twin POPsicle inspired shape with switch/nollie friendly kicks and a slightly lower concave. This shape is perfect for skating and filming lines with shuvits/varials/hardflips, etc.
